Design Process:

Step 1 - Briefing

One of our team members will conduct a site inspection, pay careful attention to your ideas and requirements for the design and advise you on the best possible concept design features to suit your block, your budget and your lifestyle requirements.

 

Step 2 - Design

At this stage a Preliminary Agreement will allow us to start examining all aspects of the project. We conduct some researches to establish all site restrictions including town planning, soil conditions, covenants, site surveys, services, and etc. Then we should make some detailed site Inspections to figure out the construction challenges and technologies required. Then we present you the fittings, inclusions, cabinetry design as well as the conceptual design with 1:100 drawings for your approval.  Now, to keep the project on budget and schedule, we revise the design and re-estimate and finally provide you full turnkey estimates.

 

Step 3 - Working Drawings

Once you have approved our conceptual design we prepare detailed design and CAD drawings, lighting design and engineering documentation as well as select colours and complete a schedule of inclusions.

 

Step 4 - Contract

Now, we take care of all the paper work including signing building contract, obtaining building approval, assisting with finance approval and scheduling on-site commencement.

 

Step 5 - Construction

As the final stage, we will manage the construction phase of project to secure on-time and on-budget completion.

If there was no design or obtaining approvals required for your job we will take the following steps to provide you a quotation letter. Our "Quotation Process" normally takes 7 to 10 business days. 

Step 1 - Reviewing

We Review the drawings, sketches, photos or any other existing documents which reflect your ideas. (If there was any)

 

Step 2 - Briefing

One of our team members will conduct a site visit and discuss about your ideas in more details, provide any recommendation and measure up the job.

 

Step 3 - Developing the "Scope of Works" and Schedule

We Develop the "Scope of Works" and Prepare a quote for your job. We also will prepare a schedule wich provides a timeframe for your job.

 

Step 4 - Authorisation

If you were happy with our quote, you will authorise us to officially start the job by returning the signed "Quotation Letter" and making requested deposite.

Step 5- Contract

Now, we take care of all the paper work including signing building contract,  and scheduling on-site commencement.

 

Step 6 - Construction

As the final stage, we will manage the construction phase of project to secure on-time and on-budget completion.
